Hexagonal boron nitride has a similar structure with graphite, low density, low thermal expansion rate, microwave transmission, electrical insulation, high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, chemical durability and thermal stability. It can be widely used in ceramic, refractories, coatings, electronic devices, lubrication, cosmetics and other fields. Hexagonal Boron nitride was synthesized from boron powder in the atmosphere of high-purity nitrogen and hydrogen at about 950 ℃. |
