Abstract Scope |
For the mater of blast furnace-converter steel manufacting process, the ironmaking, coking, sintering and pelletizing process CO2 emissions account for more than 85% of the whole manufacturing process. The thick material layer sintering, natural gas injection, and high temperature waste gas recycling were developed, the process energy consumption of 500m2 sintering machine was reduced to 1.3 GJ. The 504m2 large travelling grate induration machine used hydrogen-enrichment fuel to produce high quality alkaline pellets, and the energy consumption of the pelletizing process is reduced to 0.64 GJ. 5500m3 blast furnace adoptd comprehensive technologies such as high charging ratio of pellet, oxygen-enrichment with PCI and high blast temperature, the fuel ratio is reduced to less than 500kg/tHM, the productivity reaches 2.5t/(m3•d), the energy consumption of BF process is reduced to 10.7GJ, achieving high efficiency and low-carbon production, and the CO2 emission is significantly reduced to less than 1.2t/tHM. |
