In research details of the running gear, body suspension of electric locomotives are considered. These are forged parts: a gear, a gear leash, a cardan shaft, a cardan shaft leash, a cross, a suspension, an earring and others made of structural steels, weighing from 10 to 150 kg, in which, as a result of operation, threads, necks and others are subject to wear. elements. The studies carried out made it possible to develop a process for their restoration based on electroslag technology, which makes it possible to restore them with minimal costs of electricity, metal and labor, while ensuring an increase in the physical and mechanical properties of the metal of the restored element by 10-15%. End-to-end recovery schemes and with two molds were tested. The optimal electrical and metallurgical modes of processes for the restoration of steel parts with a diameter of 50 to 250 mm have been determined. |
