Abstract Scope |
The role of high-frequency electronic devices in the world is increasing due to the emergence of information societies and the prospects of further implementation of artificial intelligence and use of big data. However, the development of high-frequency electronic devices is accompanied by an increase in electromagnetic (EM) noise, which should be suppressed. One way to overcome this problem is to develop noise suppression materials that can absorb the EM noise above 20 GHz. Although various ferromagnetic materials have been used as noise suppression materials for different frequency ranges, there are no practical materials that can suppress the noise in the frequency range above 20 GHz, which is required for 5G communications. In this work, we demonstrate how engineering the composition, powder size, and their distribution in Fe2B-based ferromagnetic compound can suppress EM noise in the frequency range of 10-35 GHz. |
