Abstract Scope |
Sometimes if you try to shrink things, if you want to make them smaller, it becomes more difficult, sometimes things become easier, more straight forward. This talk will focus on how to create small objects by additive methods. It will describe the ease by which on can change material from voxel to voxel. It will describe the challenges in creating complex geometries. It will focus on how to translate concepts from the bulk to the small and back. The dream is creating nanodevices by additive manufacturing. The current state and the path utilising size effects in material will be outlined. |
