Abstract Scope As the world's problems become more complex, the ceramics leaders of tomorrow will need an increasingly diverse set of skills. The President’s Council of Student Advisors (PCSA) allows students from around the world to pursue leadership opportunities in the ceramics community to develop these skill sets. The PCSA is split into 5 committees that work to engage young ceramists from educational outreach activities and tools for K-12 students to building professional development opportunities for Ph.D. candidates (including this symposium). We wanted to share our insights, progress, and impacts on key projects with you to help our community build better opportunities for our members to thrive.
