Abstract Scope |
A phase-field framework has been developed to predict the microstructure of Ni-based single-crystal superalloys depending on the crystallographic orientation. Therefore, aged microstructures and rafted microstructures are obtained and used to conduct micromechanical modeling simulations with a crystal-plasticity model using octahedral and cubic slip systems. The effects of anisotropy during monotonic tensile tests are, therefore, evaluated at the precipitate scale at 1050C. |
