Abstract Scope |
Carbon capture materials play an important role in meeting global energy and climate goals. A small fraction of CO2 captured from the air can be used as a feed stock in the production of valuable products such as chemicals and fuels. The utilization of CO2 in this way can lower the net costs of direct air capture technologies. In recent years, there are a lot of research interests on electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction (CO2RR) to obtain fuels/chemicals. Here, we report some of our recent experimental and computational study of CO2RR using the open metal sites in porous framework materials as electrocatalysts. |
