Abstract Scope |
Research on sealing Technology of Metal Rubber is an important direction in the Field of Metal Rubber Technology. In order to study the sealing performance of the sealing ring of the metal rubber, two research methods, control variable and comparative analysis, are adopted to establish the macro contact model of the sealing system, and the maximum contact stress of the leakage direction and contact stress distribution are obtained by finite element software analysis.The metal rubber is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS-Workbench, and the leakage rate of hermetic seal of metal rubber under different test conditions could be solved according to the simulation results. It is concluded that when the test temperature is kept unchanged, the maximum contact stress in the leakage contact area increases with the increase of gas pressure. |
