Abstract Scope |
Researched in the work special boundaries and kinetics of interfacial defects, which increases the resistance of products against corrosion. Carrying out heat treatment under conditions of synthesis of complex functionally active charges makes it possible to increase the content of low-energy boundaries, which also leads to changes in the activity of the coercive force. The increased content of special boundaries in carbon-free materials compared to the base metal can be explained by the absence of pearlite or other slow-moving structural elements. The number of special boundaries reaches values of 32% for steel A 414 and 36% for steel A 516-55, relative to the number of special boundaries in ferrite from 22.7% to 37.17%. This leads to an increase in the magnetic permeability and, accordingly, a decrease in the value of the coercive force from 1.60 A/cm to 1.24 A/cm. |
