Traditionally, CB/NR composites require most of CB to effectively improve their mechanical properties, and when the filler was added to a certain amount, the mechanical properties begin to decline. This paper effectively enhances the mechanical properties of CB/NR by adding a little CNTs. The spreading work (Ws) can reflect the interfacial interaction between the fillers and NR. The more attractively interact of the filler and rubber, the higher the value of Ws. Our research show that the Ws is 2.24 mJ/m2 for the CNTs/NR, which is much higher than that for N110/NR and N220/NR, which are -12.56 mJ/m2 and -15.36mJ/m2 , respectively. It indicates that the CNTs have a stronger interaction with NR compared to CB. Tensile strength of CNTs/CB/NR with 0.075 phr of CNTs was 23.05 MPa, increased by 15% compared to CB/NR.
