Abstract Scope |
Medium manganese TRIP steel possesses excellent forming and plasticity characteristics based on its TRIP effect. However, it was found that the stress strain relationship of medium Mn TRIP steel is obviously different from that of other advanced high strength steels. The key to control the forming quality of medium Mn TRIP steel is to know the plastic deformation characteristics. The experimental plastic slip deformation characteristics of medium Mn TRIP steel under constant strain gradient, variable strain gradient and variable strain state are analyzed in this paper. Especially, the progressive evolution of phase transformation induced plasticity corresponding to different experiments is discussed. At the same time, the relationship between loading stress state and shear slip direction is particularly analyzed, and the effect of loading stress state on forming quality is clarified. Based on the results of this study, it can provide necessary reference for the design and practical application of medium Mn TRIP steel. |
