Abstract Scope The study presented LHRH/EphA2 as a promising Biomarkers to design targeted therapy for diagnosis and treatment. The work also provides insight using adhesion force, energy, viscosity and statistical devolution as diagnostic tools to characterize TNBC grades. Receptor overexpression on the human breast tissue extracts,adhesion forces, and actin structures are analyzed using a combination of immuno fluorescence, confocal and atomic force microscopy. The adhesion energies are determined using adhesion contact models. Combination of nanoindentation and statistical techniques used to measure the tissue deformation. Anti-Zener model II was used to investigate the viscoelasticity. Increasing trend of adhesion and energy results correlated with the incidence of LHRH/EphA2 receptors at tissue higher grades. Whereas the viscoelastic properties and actin cytoskeleton structural density decreases. Implications of the results are discussed for the development of targeted structures for TNBC detection and treatment, also potential application of nanoindentation/statistical devolution techniques in mechanical Biomarkers for cancer diagnosis.
