Abstract Scope |
This study presents a non-destructive testing method for detecting steel fiber content and distribution in Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) using ground penetrating radar (GPR) and impact-echo method (IE method). In addition, the effects of water content on UHPC non-destructive testing signals were also considered. The response signals of UHPC to fiber content and distribution were analyzed using GPR and IE method. The experimental results were combined with software and image processing technology for verification, which revealed the electromagnetic response law. |
