Abstract Scope |
Solid ceramic solutions Ba1-3XGd2XTi1-3XEu4XO3 (where, x = 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.3% and 0.6% by weight) were sintered by the solid state reaction method at 1300 ° C for 6 hours. The structural evolution was investigated by x-ray diffraction (XRD). Analysis of the full width at half height, the lattice parameters a and b, the tetragonality ratio (c / a), as well as the volume of the crystal structure indicate that all samples have a tetragonal structure at room temperature. The value of the tetragonality ratio (c / a) increases or maintains its value with the increase of the dopant. On the other hand, the volume of the crystalline structure decreases with the increase of the dopant except at x = 0.15% where the volume of the crystalline structure increases. The changes in the previous parameters are directly related to the dielectric properties that will be studied in the future work. |
