The most important development to date in the zinc industry is the development of a new alloy group with a high zinc concentration known as Zamak. Zamak alloys is widely produced using traditional production methods. However, with the increasing requirements of parameters such as productivity, production speed, casting quality in the industry, new methods are tried to be developed. Multislide technology started used to produce Zamak alloys efficiently. In this study, it is aimed to compare the parts obtained using the Multislide method in our company to traditional method. Difference between two methods, microstructure properties and wear properties are used, castings will be made and microstructure and wear samples will be obtained from these parts. After the metallographic processes, tests will be carried out and the wear properties will be examined. The main purpose of the study is to reveal the advantages of multislide method compared to traditional method.
