Abstract Scope |
Sub solidus phase relations in the system were investigated using conventional solid-state reaction techniques, x-ray diffraction, high-temperature microscopy and programmed high-temperature DTA
The paper will discuss the syntheses and performance of new cements on barium aluminates and barium silicates.
Formation of clinker compounds takes place through solid phase reactions. The energy levels for activation of the process and the constants for cement clinker forming reactions were calculated using the Arrhenius equation.
In addition, as a result of researching there will special cements: high strength, gas-waterproof needed in runway construction, in building tunnels and pits, in the burial of nuclear wastes and in coating of units against influence of high temperature. Compressive strength, mass and the volume variations, open porosity and hydrates compositions were detected.
