Abstract Scope |
Blast furnace ironmaking is a traditional process in the steel industry, with high output, high labor productivity, and low energy consumption.
During the production process, a 2600 square meter blast furnace at Shougang experienced abnormal furnace conditions. Through measures such as strengthening the quality management of incoming raw materials and fuels, controlling the amount of harmful elements entering the furnace, and treating the furnace wall bonding with hot acid washing, the furnace conditions were restored to normal. After analysis, the main reason for the abnormal furnace condition this time is the high content of harmful elements, which accumulate and circulate in the blast furnace, causing the furnace wall to bond and affecting the smooth operation of the blast furnace. |
