Abstract Scope |
Under the development background of carbon neutrality, reducing the consumption of carbon-based fuels and the reliance on coke in modern blast furnaces and whole ironmaking processes is an important technological development direction and research topic for the future. The blast furnace can effectively lower the consumption of carbon-based fuels by injecting hydrogen-rich gas, enhance the reduction efficiency of the blast furnace, intensify the indirect reduction process, and improve the smelting effect of the blast furnace. Through industrial experimental studies on the injection of coke oven gas into the blast furnace, a coupling injection process of hydrogen-rich gas and pulverized coal was designed and developed, achieving safe and stable production. Through theoretical research and experimental verification, the smelting rules of hydrogen-rich gas injection in the blast furnace have been mastered. |
