Abstract Scope |
Thermodynamic modeling of physicochemical processes of formation of intermetallic protective coatings for Ti-Ni, Ti-Al, Fe-Ni, Fe-Al systems at 298-2300 K was performed. Ni, Al) on the composition of products and the sequence of their formation.
Both phase transformations and chemical transformations were revealed due to the interaction of the initial metals and the resulting intermetallic compounds in the solid and liquid (melt) states of aggregation. The conditions for the formation and interaction of several intermetallic compounds, their mutual dissolution and chemical interaction with each other and with the parent metals are determined.
The composition of the interaction products obtained as a result of modeling makes it possible to determine the driving forces and the main mechanisms of the processes under study, phase-chemical transformations on the surface (and deep) of the metal depending on the composition and temperature. |
