Nowadays, matrials with high conductivity and strength play an important role in the industry. In this work, the Cu-10.0wt.% Ag alloy ingot with the diameter of Φ27.0mm was prepared, and then it was conformed into fine wires with the true strians of 9.31, 7.93, 7.47 and 6.54. The morphology of Ag fibers in Cu matrix was analysised by TEM. The electrical conductivity and tensile strength of the fine wires with different true strain were obtained. When the true strian η reached 9.31, the tensile strength and electrical conductivity of the fine wires can reach 1.2 GPa, 61.5%IACS, respectively. The relationship between the micro-structure and material properties was discussed.
