Scope This symposium is open to researchers participating in the fields of art, archeology, art conservation, and heritage sciences. It will focus on advances in scientific methodologies as applied to glass, ceramics, or other related materials found in cultural heritage objects. Novel methods designed to address complex, heterogenous samples that require broad scale analyses and connect physical property findings with cultural concepts will be explored.
