Scope Navigating career pivots during the middle to later stages of one's career is rarely straightforward. Making decisions to move into a new role, take a turn on your career path, or change employers or employment sectors, presents unique challenges during these stages. Individuals must consider their professional goals alongside personal factors such as family considerations or financial risk, all on top of navigating the job market for the first time in several years. Presentations are sought on topics including, but not limited to:

· Scholarship of mid-career professional development and retention
· Guidance for finding opportunities at the mid-career and beyond stage
· Decision-making processes when moving between individual contributor, project management, and/or personnel management roles
· Success stories from individuals who have taken a significant change in career direction
· Success stories from individuals who have overcome unique mid-career challenges
· Future employment trends and technologies
