| Abstract Scope |
Applying for the rank of full is often a non-mandatory review for faculty. While the timelines may be different depending on many professional and personal conditions, learning about the experiences of other midcareer faculty can be helpful. In this this 10-minute talk, I highlight my personal tips on how to focus your energy to generate a competitive package. If you want to submit your packet for full professor next year or in another twelve years, this workshop is for you. It might also be a useful event to faculty who are new members on a TPR committee or recently appointed departmental chairs. |
