| Abstract Scope |
RiA Cast House Engineering has been at the forefront of integrating autonomous operation into scrap charging and skimming processes. A key aspect of combining proven automated scrap charging and skimming technologies with Fioscope in-furnace video camera systems enhanced by artificial intelligence is the significant improvement in operational safety within one of the most hazardous areas of aluminum processing.
This paper discusses how these technologies are successfully integrated and implemented in industrial applications. Actual plant case studies and video demonstrations will be presented to illustrate the practical benefits and results of this approach. |
