| Abstract Scope |
This talk examines the process–structure–property–performance relationships of carbon materials from renewables, highlighting origami-inspired folding to create complex three-dimensional architectures. Sustainable precursors and programmable folding enable lightweight carbon structures with tailored morphology, porosity, and mechanical properties, demonstrating how nature-inspired design and materials engineering can advance high-performance, sustainable carbon platforms. |
