| Abstract Scope |
The performance of regenerators strongly depends on the condition of ceramic bed media, which is gradually contaminated by dust, ash and process residues. Conventional cleaning methods are often labour-intensive, time-consuming and pose significant safety and environmental risks.
TPP Patented Regenerator Bed Media Cleaning System is designed for efficient, safe and user-friendly maintenance. The system enables controlled handling of regenerators using a tilting frame, allowing safe emptying with minimal operator involvement. A single operator is sufficient for the entire cleaning process.
A key feature is the integration of active dust extraction, which minimizes airborne particles during operation, substantially improving workplace safety and hygiene. The dry-cleaning process eliminates liquid waste, while a vibrating screening system effectively separates reusable ceramic media from contaminants and prepares it for reuse.
