Abstract Scope |
The energy balance of electrolysis cell serves as the foundation for supporting energy conservation and consumption reduction. Based on electrolysis cell with heat dissipation values and proportions of each region is relatively reasonable, this paper analyzes control methods and measures for regional energy balance distribution, mainly including adjustment of electrolysis flue gas in the anode area, thermal insulation of cell cover plates, heat dissipation reduction during anode changing, optimization of lining design in the cathode area, adjustment of melt height and electrolysis temperature, etc. When implementing systematic energy saving, it is necessary to design lining structure based on the electrolyte system to ensure the thermal insulation effect of the lining itself. Secondly, the impact of various technologies on the energy balance of each region should be comprehensively considered to maintain regional heat dissipation within a suitable range and reasonable proportion, so as to achieve optimal economic and technical indicators. |
