Abstract Scope |
Materials demonstrating colossal dielectric constant (CDC) have garnered more interest due to their versatile application in different type of electronic devices like high dielectric capacitor, capacitor sensor, and random-access memories. Perovskite oxide has taken the significant consideration of researchers due to its large dielectric constant. Perovskite oxides have general formula ACu3Ti4O12 where A=Bi2/3,Ca,Gd2/3,La2/3 etc.All perovskite oxides were synthesized by semi-wet route.XRD pattern confirmed phase formation.Oxidation State ,elemental purity and morphology were confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy and High resolution Scanning electron microscopy analysis.CaCu3Ti4O12 shows giant dielectric constant along with high dielectric loss.Maxwell like relaxation behavior observed in the case of CaCu3Ti4O12 and Gd2/3Cu3Ti4O12 ceramic material. It was found that all materials follow Arrhenius equation and Jonscher power law. |
