| Abstract Scope |
This study focuses on the structural characterization of neodymium titanate (NTO), a high-temperature ferroelectric material with potential applications in electronic devices. NTO was synthesized and analyzed using various techniques to investigate its crystal structure and surface morphology. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was employed to determine the phase formation, crystallinity, and lattice parameters. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to examine the microstructural features and grain distribution on the surface. The analysis provides insight into the relationship between the material's structure and its ferroelectric behavior at elevated temperatures. By evaluating the structural and morphological aspects of NTO, the study aims to enhance the understanding of its physical properties relevant to high-temperature electronic applications. These findings contribute to ongoing research in the development of advanced functional ceramics. |
