In order to effectively reduce the energy consumption in the modern blast furnace ironmaking, research and exploration were conducted in existing blast furnaces. By increasing the grade of refined materials, optimizing the burden composition, increasing the proportion of pellet in the burden, developing magnesium-containing basic pellet, the agglomeration ratio of the burden and the composite burden grade were effectively improved, the slag volume was reduced, and the operational parameters of the blast furnace were improved. As well as, a multiple burden dynamic precise distribution control technology was developed and applied, increasing the gas utilization ratio to over 50%, reducing the coke rate to 270 kg/tHM, the fuel ratio to 495 kg/tHM, and the slag volume to 280 kg/tHM. The high temperature hot blast, high top pressure, high oxygen enrichment, and high pulverized coal injection technologies were adopted, reducing the energy consumption of blast furnace ironmaking process to 10.34 GJ/tHM. |
