| Abstract Scope | With the increasing size of final - stage turbine blades, the demand for strength and toughness has increased. Currently, 12Cr series and titanium alloys cannot meet these requirements. The project team developed a CrNiMo series precipitation - hardened stainless steel reinforced with aluminum and titanium, achieving a yield strength of ≥1200 MPa and an impact toughness of ≥100 J, thus fulfilling the performance requirements for large final - stage blades. |
