Becoming a tenure-track faculty member is exciting! You have the opportunity to engage in research with students, implement innovative methodologies into your classroom and so much more. During our 10 mins together, I will highlight some advice I utilized to gain traction in my first three years. I will also sprinkle in some other advice I wish I had considered and made time for. |
