Abstract Scope This study investigates the effect of Rice husk Ash (RHA) and Waste Glass (WG) as partial replacements for Portland Cement and Fine Aggregates, respectively,on the Microstructural and Mechanical properties of Glass Concrete. With increasing demand for sustainable construction materials, the use of industrial byproducts offers an eco-friendly alternative while maintaining structural integrity. Microstructural analysis reveals that RHA enhances calcium hydrate formation through pozzolanc reactions, leading to a denser concrete matrix with reduced porosity. Simultaneously, WG improves packing density and mitigate Alkali-Silica reaction (ASR), reducing the risk of micro cracking. The findings demonstrates that the combine use of RHA and WG significantly improves the mechanical properties and durability of Glass Concrete.
