Based on industrial measured data of 500 kA large-scale prebaked aluminum electrolysis cells, this paper systematically studies the effects of lithium fluoride, potassium fluoride, molecular ratio, alumina concentration, electrolysis temperature and superheat degree on current efficiency. The results show that the fluctuation of alumina concentration in conventional production range has little effect on current efficiency. Lithium fluoride, potassium fluoride, molecular ratio and thermal parameters all present a parabolic relationship with current efficiency, with significant coupling effects among various parameters. For the complex electrolyte with multiple additives, the optimal molecular ratio is about 2.55. Collaborative optimization of electrolyte composition and energy balance control can effectively improve current efficiency, providing a reference for efficient and low-consumption industrial production. |
