Abstract Scope |
Under the background of dual carbon development, energy-efficient conversion is the core for the steel industry to achieve green, low-carbon, energy saving and emission-reduction goals. Centered on the research and development of the super-large blast furnace and low-carbon and low-nitrogen hot blast stoves at Shougang Jingtang, a theoretical system for high efficiency and clean combustion and coordinated enhanced heat transfer based on dissipative structure optimization was formed. The super-large dome combustion hot blast stove for 5500m3 blast furnace was built, the 180MW ultra-high power vortex diffusion burner was developed, safety and long-life operation and intelligent control technology based on information physical systems were researched, and hot blast stove energy saving technology and standard system were created. The gas consumption of hot blast stove is reduced to 1.14 GJ/tHM, is reduced 36%, the system thermal efficiency is more than 85%, the energy efficiency ratio is more than 1.15. |
