| Abstract Scope |
The design and development of high entropy spinel oxides (HESO) are notable due to the large compositional space to design functional properties and their potential applications in various industries, including spintronics, new memory logic applications, and enhanced magnetic storage. The cation distribution at atomic level plays a vital role in the resultant properties of HESO, which requires further detailed investigation. This study investigates the influence of sintering temperature on cation distribution as well as the electronic and magnetic properties of (CoCuFeNiTi)3O4 HESO. The HESOs sintered at two different temperatures exhibited distinct cationic occupancies and, consequently, different magnetic properties. This study provides detailed insight into site occupancy and its correlation with the magnetic properties of (CoCuFeNiTi)3O4 HESO. |
