Abstract Scope |
We observed that processing at 9000C temperatures in excess selenium, meta stable morphology with excess copper phase in grain boundaries compared to concentrations semiconducting grains. The evolution of non- faceted and non-spherical meta stable altered to complex faceted shapes due increased copper concentration in the grains processed at temperature at 1000oC. The selenium flux enabled dissolution of calcium and strontium phases at low temperature and showed no undissolved calcium or strontium phases. The dielectric constant of flux containing ceramic processed at 900oCshowed non faceted grains lower dielectric constant and higher resistivity which was revered to that observed in faceted grains processed at 1000oC in the frequency range of 100 Hz to 100,000 Hz and the bias voltage of 50mV to 1000mV. |
