| Abstract Scope |
The University Materials Council is composed of Department Heads and other academic unit leaders from U.S., Canadian, and Australian materials science programs. This group works together to disseminate best practices related to materials science and engineering academic programs, including student recruitment, and facilitate discussions related to emerging challenges. This talk will provide the broader community a 10,000 ft view of the larger materials education landscape including current challenges faced by materials programs. |
