Abstract Scope |
As the aluminum industry intensifies its pursuit of decarbonization, Linde’s combustion technologies offer a clear path toward greener secondary melting operations. This presentation highlights the latest innovations in hydrogen-ready and oxygen-enhanced burner technologies, engineered for significant fuel savings, reduced CO₂ emissions, and improved melt rates. Through proprietary design and flexible integration capabilities, Linde’s systems enable operational efficiency while supporting the transition to low-carbon energy sources—including hydrogen as a combustion fuel. Field trials and modeling data underline the measurable benefits in both performance and sustainability, reinforcing Linde’s position as an innovative partner of greener aluminum production. Whether optimizing existing melter or future-proofing for hydrogen adoption, Linde delivers scalable solutions that align economic goals with environmental responsibility. |
