| Abstract Scope |
TRISO-X is advancing characterization techniques on many stages of TRISO production to ensure accuracy, reduce uncertainty, reduce analysis time, and meet our future industrial demand. This talk will discuss several areas where we have advanced TRISO characterization including: pyrocarbon density measurements, uranium loading, SiC defect fraction, anisotropy measurements, and pebble deconsolidation. These techniques have been implemented on our HALEU test articles recently delivered for insertion at the Advanced Test Reactor (ATR). |
