| Abstract Scope |
This work evaluates creep and fatigue crack growth in high- and low-carbon variants of 316-H stainless steel, along with weldments, using service-exposed material from the Eddystone power plant. Crack growth behavior under creep, creep-fatigue, and fatigue conditions are compared to assess the impact of composition and prior service. Results highlight the effects of carbon content and welding on crack growth rates at elevated temperatures. |
