| Abstract Scope |
The chemical composition, structure and properties of cast samples of heat-resistant alloy ZhS3DK-VI complex-modified with yttrium, hafnium and niobium were studied. It was found that after standard heat treatment the experimental material complies with the requirements of OST 1.90.126-85 in all parameters, and in terms of time to failure at a temperature of 850 °C, under a load of 350 MPa it exceeds the established standards by more than 10 times.
The microstructure of the studied samples is a γ-solid solution strengthened by an intermetallic γ΄-phase, with the presence of carbides and carbonitrides in the form of discrete globular particles uniformly distributed in the volume of the metal. No traces of overheating were found in the structure. |
