| Abstract Scope |
This talk will discuss the latest advances in equipment, materials, and processes being developed by VRC Metal Systems for Cold Spray including high performance repair materials, coating systems, and mechanical properties of materials. Improvements in ductility, fatigue performance, and wear have been made in a wide range of material systems through adjusting powder formulations, spray parameters, and secondary processing, and this data has been used to better define performance for a wide range of equipment including field deployable as well as factory deployed systems. |
