| Abstract Scope |
Based on the electric furnace smelting of Vanadium titanomagnetite in Panxi, the effects of temperature, basicity and MgO on phase equilibrium were studied by FactSage simulation, high temperature quenching experiment and SEM-EDS characterization for high titanium slag system with 50 % TiO2 content. The core phase at 1400 ~ 1500 ℃ was clarified, and the liquid phase line and phase boundary were corrected. The results show that low basicity and high MgO favor the stable precipitation of the anosovite phase, which corresponds to the optimal slag type. It was confirmed that the phase temperature of FactSage8.1 was overestimated due to the lack of Al2TiO5 species. This study improves the basic data of high titanium slag, corrects the simulation deviation, and provides theoretical support for process optimization. |
