| Abstract Scope |
Under the global energy crisis, the goal of carbon neutrality and the strict environmental protection laws and regulations in various countries, the demand for energy-saving coatings has surged. As a nano-low-carbon energy-saving coating, high radiation coating is applied to the hot blast stove of Jingtang super-large blast furnace to strengthen the radiation heat transfer of the hot blast stove regenerator and improve the thermal efficiency. Research shows that,the energy-saving effect of high radiation coating at high temperature is obvious. The production practice shows that after the implementation of the hot blast stove of No.3 blast furnace, the gas consumption is reduced and the energy saving is more than 5%, which is of great significance to reducing the energy consumption of iron-making system. |
