| Abstract Scope |
Westinghouse has been at the forefront of commercial deployment of additively manufactured products. Recent Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) studies continue to push the boundaries of as-printed material performance, enabling optimized nuclear components for light water reactors. In parallel, printing strategies and design optimization efforts aim to leverage higher-productivity parameter sets to increase throughput and improve the cost effectiveness of AM nuclear products. |
