Abstract Scope |
Evidence worldwide suggests production/firing of "paperclay products" lowers fuel/energy cost, emissions and effluents industrial waste between 20-50% will be discussed. Success with crack elimination, laminates, fast fire, fast dry, lower temperature single fire, no pyrolysis emission, minimal airborne dust and other advantages like tolerance to temperature shock that mimic rare earth mineral ingredients deserves note.Industries developing/producing basic lightweight, durable products (ceramic membranes, water, air, plasma, filtration, propellers, mixing blades, building materials/cements, refractories, coatings, adhesives have clients/consumers/customers begging for alternative to plastics. Some agriculture, aerospace, automotive and medical parts are well suited to scale up also. Ceramic polymer will be compared to plant cellulose polymer nano-chemical interior architecture management. To lessen the contribution of pyrolysis carbon emission and “plastics" and PFAS to industrial waste, landfill and or incineration will have impact long term to restore environmental balance. |
