The DMTC works collaboratively with many successful and innovative Australian industry, research and government agencies to advance technologies in priority areas. Their focus is on delivering enhanced defence and national security capabilities, and strengthening Australian industrial capacity. Their best practice approach delivers outstanding achievements in research excellence, commercialisation of technology, underpinned by a commitment to continuous improvement in business processes. The talk will focus on collaboration mechanisms using examples from the project portfolio. |
