Abstract Scope Hyaluronic acid (HC) is used for facial rejuvenation, but its disadvantage is its rapid enzymatic and oxidative degradation. In this study, hydroxyapatite (HA) and glutathione were added to HC. HA provides structural support and biostimulation. Glutathione acts as an antioxidant, slowing down degradation. Oscillatory viscoelasticity rheometry tests with frequency sweep were performed. HC showed a storage modulus of 600-750 Pa, while the composite showed a storage modulus of 1300-1400 Pa. The composite has greater stiffness, cohesion, and load-bearing capacity. The addition of hydroxyapatite and glutathione alters the rheology of HC, increasing its potential for use in deep facial regions and ensuring greater structural support.
